Using the my bluTM Liquidpod

To use the my blu Liquidpod, complete the following steps:

  1. Select your preferred Liquidpod and remove from packaging.
  2. Insert the Liquidpod into the rechargeable device. You will feel it click into place.
  3. Once you are ready to use your blu, draw on the Liquidpod and enjoy.

 

Using my bluTM

Once you charged you device, simply draw on the Liquidpod as you would a mouthpiece. While drawing, the battery indicator at the bottom of your device will illuminate. You can monitor your level of charge by the colour of the battery indicator:

BLUE: 20 – 100%,

ORANGE: 5-19%,

RED: 0-4%

A red battery indicator light means that you should recharge your battery as soon as possible. Because you may charge you blu while fully-assembled, vaping is possible while your device is being charged. For your safety, do not blow into or subject your device to heat or pressure.

 

Liquidpod Ingredients

Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Coffee Flavouring, Pharmaceutical Grade Nicotine.

Automatic safety shutdown

If you take single puff lasting 10 seconds or more, the blue indicator lighting will flash 10 times and your device will shut down and reset after a few seconds.

This feature ensures that your blu stays within normal operating conditions to provide a consistent, quality experience.

Short circuit protection

In the event of a short circuit prior to use, the blue indicator light will flash 3 times and the unit will automatically shut down. If a short circuit occurs during operation the indicator light will flash 5 times and the unit will shut down.

Best Practices:

  • Respect others when using blu® products as the same venues and locations do not allow electronic cigarette use. Familiarize yourself with any electronic cigarette policies before using the product in public venues.
  • Always inspect blu® products to ensure that you do not see any signs of damage prior to each use including:

- Cracks or deformities

- Loose or ill-fitting parts

- Leakage of e-liquid

- Should any e-liquid be visible on the mouthpiece wipe with paper or a dry cloth prior to use

  • Do not use blu® products if the packaging has been damaged or opened.
  • When not in use, store your product in a designated blu case, pack, or in original packaging. Do not store in direct sunlight or store above 25oC or below 2oC. Do not expose or immerse the product in water.

  • Do not use any charging device that has not been created by blu, and do not charge for an extended period.

Recycling and Disposal

blu® products in the scope of the EU WEEE Directive are labelled with a crossed-out “wheelie-bin” symbols as required by this directive. The symbol indicates that the product was placed in the market after August 13, 2005, and that end-users should segregate the product from other waste at end-of-life. This symbol on a blu product or its packaging means that the product should not be disposed of with your other household waste. It is your responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment separately from the municipal waste stream.

Delivery of orders under £10 will be charged at £1.49, and will also be despatched by Royal Mail First Class.

 

Royal Mail First Class Delivery FAQs

If my order is sent Royal Mail First Class when will it arrive? 

Under normal circumstances the vast majority of items sent by Royal Mail First Class arrive the next working day. During peak periods such as the run up to Christmas, the Easter Holidays, Black Friday etc delivery times can increase by anything up to a few days. Unfortunately nothing about 2020 has been particularly 'normal' and Royal Mail have experienced a huge growth in volume of mail they are handling on a day-to-day basis. As a result delivery times for items posted First Class are longer than usual. Many do still arrive next day but some are taking as long as 7-10 days. If you need your order urgently, we strongly recommend using one of the Next Day services we offer.

What tracking is available with Royal Mail First Class?

Although Royal Mail do provide a tracking number for each item, First Class is not technically a 'tracked' service. The tracking number supplied will only provide you with minimal information and will not give you an estimated arrival time. These basic tracking numbers will only tell you when delivery has been attempted - either successfully or unsuccessfully. This can be useful if Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your package but have been unable to do so. In this event they should leave a card telling you of the attempted delivery but this doesn't always happen. In the event of a failed delivery, you can use the tracking number provided to arrange re-delivery or collection from the local depot.

If you need your items urgently, or want to have access to detailed tracking information so you can ensure you're in to receive your delivery, we strongly recommend opting for either the DPD tracked option or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

You may also select the following Next Day Delivery options at checkout:

 

> DPD Tracked Next Working Day - £4.99

The majority of orders sent via DPD will be delivered the next working day but next day delivery is not guaranteed. DPD may take longer to achieve deliveries in remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands. Orders must be placed with vapekit.co.uk before 2pm Monday to Friday to be eligible for next working day delivery. DPD couriers deliver Monday to Saturday but not on public holidays. 

Orders despatched via DPD are trackable. We will send a tracking number and a tracking link to the email address you have provided.

 

> Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.99

Delivery before 1pm on the next working day. Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday prior to 4pm will usually be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays or at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. We will send a tracking number and a tracking link to the email address you have provided. A signature would normally be required on receipt of your package but currently deliveries are contactless as a result of the pandemic. Someone will still need to be in to accept the package though.

 

> Royal Mail Special Delivery (Saturday Delivery) - £9.99

Orders must be placed before 4pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday by 1pm.

 

Please note the following:

  • Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. 
  • Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

You can return any goods purchased at vapekit.co.uk and for any reason, if you notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to do this. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. This will be at your expense unless the goods are found to be faulty or incorrect. We will refund you the cost of your purchase, including the cost of standard delivery.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any products that have been sealed for hygiene reasons, must be returned with the seal intact, unless the products are being returned because they are faulty. All returned goods must be in saleable condition, unless they are faulty.

You may be entitled to a repair to or replacement of faulty goods after the 30-day period has expired. For more detailed information regarding refunds and repairs of faulty goods please read our terms and conditions.
