At Vapekit.co.uk we are dedicated to protecting the health of both our staff and our customers by adhering to the recommended practices for preventing the transmission of Covid-19.
We are equally dedicated to providing you with an exceptional level of service and we have maintained our usual prices, where possible.
We will continually monitor the ever-changing situation and will endeavour to advise our customers of any eventualities which could impact our service or the availability of products on this site.
In the early days of the pandemic, vapekit.co.uk experienced a sudden increase in orders which caused minor delays to our fulfilment process and therefore to the despatch of orders. However, at this time, we are able to maintain our usual swift service with the vast majority of orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) being despatched on the same day.
However, the delivery services of Royal Mail and other operators may be subject to delays due to the pandemic. Vapekit.co.uk has no control over the speed of deliveries offered by our providers.
Covid-19 initially caused an upturn in demand for vaping related products. This increased demand together with the disruption to both manufacturing and supply chains caused the stocks of many products to be seriously depleted worldwide. The situation is now greatly improved.
At vapekit.co.uk, we have done everything we can to ensure that our entire product range remains available. But new waves of infection across the world could result in further shortages.
Eliquids are manufactured in many countries including the UK. Diverse flavours should remain available, even if manufacturers in certain countries are forced to close or to reduce production. However, the vast majority of vaping hardware is manufactured in the Shenzhen province of China. Any issues with production or distribution in China could impact the availability of electronic cigarettes, vape tanks, coils and other equipment.
New products continue to be developed and we will introduce the latest devices and eliquids to our range as soon as they become available.
We have taken a number of measures to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 and these are as follows:
The government has defined which groups in the population are most at risk if exposed to the virus. The government has also asked that anyone who has been in contact with an infected person to self-isolate. We fully support any members of our team who are vulnerable or who are required to self-isolate.
We hope that our clients remain safe and well during the pandemic and that you do not find the various restrictions and lockdowns that are imposed to be too onerous.
