Delivery Information

We understand that you want to receive your orders as soon as possible and always work hard to ensure that they are packed and dispatched quickly.

If you place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday, we will dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that it is not currently possible to dispatch packages at the weekend or on public holidays including bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and over the Easter weekend. Orders placed at these times will be dispatched the next working day.

From time to time, our usual swift service may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather and unexpectedly high volumes of orders.

Free UK delivery when you spend over £10

We know that no one likes paying for delivery so we offer the following options to keep the price you pay as low as possible.

  • We offer free Royal Mail 1st Class delivery on all orders over £10.
  • We also offer free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery on all orders over £50.

Delivery of orders under £10 will be charged at £1.49 and these will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday.

Estimated Arrival - 1-4 Working Days

Under normal circumstances the vast majority of items sent by Royal Mail 1st Class arrive the next working day. During peak periods such as the run up to Christmas, the Easter Holidays, Black Friday etc delivery times can increase by anything up to a few days. Unfortunately nothing about 2020/21 has been particularly 'normal' and Royal Mail have experienced a huge growth in volume of mail they are handling on a day-to-day basis. As a result delivery times for items posted First Class are longer than usual. Many do still arrive next day but some are taking as long as 4/5 days. If you need your order urgently, we strongly recommend using one of the Next Day services listed below.

What tracking is available with Royal Mail 1st Class?

Although Royal Mail do provide a tracking number for each item, 1st Class is not technically a 'tracked' service. The tracking number supplied will only provide you with minimal information and will not give you an estimated arrival time. These basic tracking numbers will only tell you when delivery has been attempted - either successfully or unsuccessfully. This can be useful if Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your package but have been unable to do so. In this event they should leave a card telling you of the attempted delivery but this doesn't always happen. In the event of a failed delivery, you can use the tracking number provided to arrange re-delivery or collection from the local depot.

If you want to be able to track your shipment we recommend opting for Royal Mail Tracked 24 as this service offers detailed tracking information. Tracked 24 is also far more likely to arrive next working day (97% currently) although this isn't guaranteed.

Estimated Arrival - 1-2 Working Days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fully tracked next day service offered by Royal Mail. It is not a guaranteed next day service but current estimates suggest that around 97% of items sent using this service arrive the following day.

Items sent using Tracked 24 are fully trackable. They are scanned 5 times as they pass through the Royal Mail system and you'll be able to follow the order using the tracking link provided. 

Estimated Arrival - Next Working Day (if ordered before 2pm)

The vast majority of orders sent via DPD will be delivered the next working day, but next day delivery is not guaranteed. DPD may take longer to achieve deliveries in remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands. Orders must be placed with before 2pm Monday to Friday to be eligible for next working day delivery.

Orders despatched via DPD are fully trackable. We will send a tracking number and a tracking link to the email address you have provided. If you provide a mobile number, you'll also receive updates and your one hour delivery time-slot by text message.

Estimated Arrival - Next Working Day by 1pm (if ordered before 4pm)

This service ensures delivery before 1pm on the next working day. Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday prior to 4pm will usually be delivered the following Monday (possibly Saturday if you're lucky). Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays or at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Your orders can be fully tracked at each location point via Royal Mail’s website. We will send a tracking number and a tracking link to the email address you have provided. A signature may be required on receipt of your package.

Estimated Arrival - Saturday (if ordered Friday before 4pm)

As mentioned above, if you place an order via Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Friday (before 4pm) there is a chance that your order will be delivered on the Saturday, rather than the next working day ie Monday - but this is not guaranteed. If you want to be 100% sure that your order will be delivered on a Saturday you'll need to select the 'Saturday Special Delivery' option at the checkout. It's slightly more expensive but does guarantee Saturday delivery. Ideally we'd recommend ordering earlier in the week to avoid the extra expense.

Shipping FAQs

At the present time, we are only able to deliver to UK addresses. We hope to offer International deliveries in the near future, and we are working to make this happen.

The vast majority of orders arrive in timely fashion, regardless of the carrier chosen. From time to time, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control or that of the carrier. If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of placing your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to locate your order and expedite delivery.
