For smaller orders (under £10) we charge £1.49 for delivery and these are also dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class.
When will we dispatch your order?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We want you to be happy with every purchase from Vapekit, but we know occasionally you may want to return products for a refund. You can return any goods purchased from us and for any reason, if you notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to do so. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
If the products we send you are incorrect, not as described, or are faulty in any way, we will of course replace them or refund you as per your preference.
