The voucher will be allocated to the recipient’s account in the form of an e-wallet credit. If the recipient does not already have an account with vapekit.co.uk, you should create one using the email address you have specified. You can set up the account at checkout.

1. When you purchase a gift voucher, the payment will be taken at the time of purchase and not on the issue date of the voucher.
2. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, giving the recipient plenty of time to make their choices.
3. Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to you once the order is confirmed by ourselves.
4. The voucher will only become valid after you have received the confirmation email.
5. You can only cancel a Gift Voucher within 1 hour of purchase.
6. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned and cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
7. Funds will automatically appear in the recipient’s account. The recipient will have the option to use these funds against the cost of purchasing any items in their virtual basket at checkout.
8. If the items purchased cost less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining funds will stay in the e-wallet and can be used against a future purchase.
9. If the items purchased exceed the value of the gift voucher, the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order.
10. Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded.
11. Additional monies paid over and above the value of a Gift Voucher can be refunded.
