TPD Compliance Information

The European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) stipulates that all e liquids containing nicotine sold in the EU must be notified to a designated authority - the Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK - and emissions tested. The UK has now left the EU, but the regulations regarding the sale of e liquids remain unchanged. Notified products are each assigned a European Community Identification (ECID) Number. Each version (nicotine strength) of an e liquid is treated as a separate product.

The ECID number must be printed on the packaging of the product. The notification, testing and identification of e liquids has been introduced to improve safety and to enable consumers to check that the products they are purchasing are genuine and have been tested. • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £2.49 / Free orders over £50 (1-2 working days approx)
• DPD Next Working Day - £4.99 (1 working day)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.99 (1 working day)
• Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery - £9.99 (Saturday only)

If you absolutely have to have your order tomorrow, we recommend selecting either DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery, as these are both next working day services. Please note our weekday order cut off times (2pm for DPD / 4pm for Royal Mail) to avoid disappointment.

Free UK delivery on all orders over £10

We know that no one likes paying for delivery so we offer the following options to keep the price you pay as low as possible.

• We offer free Royal Mail 1st Class delivery on all orders over £10.
• We also offer free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery on all orders over £50.

 For smaller orders (under £10) we charge £1.49 for delivery and these are also dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will we dispatch your order?

• Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. 
• Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
• Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Vapekit, but we know occasionally you may want to return products for a refund. You can return any goods purchased from us and for any reason, if you notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to do so. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. 

If the products we send you are incorrect, not as described, or are faulty in any way, we will of course replace them or refund you as per your preference.
