How To Reset Your Password & Sign In To Our New Website

As you will have (hopefully) noticed, we have a shiny new website. We hope that you'll find the new website superior to the old one in every possible way. The only slight downside of moving is that, if you had an account on the old website, you'll just need to re-input your password on the new one before you can log into your account again. All your other details will have been imported, it's just your password that is missing from the new site. You'll see your old orders have been imported so if you re-order the same brand/flavour each time you shop you'll still be able to do that quickly and easily.

Why do you need to update your password?

When you register with Vapekit, to ensure the security of your account, your password is stored in an encrypted format that not even we can decipher. As we've moved to a completely new web platform we couldn't import your password along with your other details hence we need you to just input it once again. You'll only need to do this the first time you log into the new site. Once your password has been updated you'll be free to use your account as before.

Full instructions as to how to re-set your password can be found below. If you experience any problems re-setting your password we'll be on hand to help. You can either email us on support@vapekit.co.uk or call on 0203 870 4346 and we'll do everything we can to help.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Step 1

First please click for the 'My Account' icon in the top right hand corner of the website (as shown in the image below).

Step 2

Next please click for the 'Forgotten Password' link under the 'Login' heading.

Step 3

Next please enter your email address as shown in the image below. Please also type the numbers and letters from the Captcha into the box below that titled 'Characters' (this is just an extra security step).

You should then see a message telling you that an email has been sent to your registered email address. This email should arrive within a couple of minutes but sometimes it does take a little longer.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes please check spam/bulk/junk folder of your email account in case our email has accidentally been directed there by your provider. Some providers are worse than others with Yahoo being notorious for putting useful mails into the spam bin.

The email you'll receive explains how to reset your password, and this should only take a minute or two. Please note, you are welcome to use the same password as you used previously as our new site has no record of your old password(s).
