Returns Information

All products offered by are manufactured to a high standard however if you need to return an item then these are the guidelines to follow.

What and how long are your Product Warranties?

For Charging Cables, USB Chargers and Mains Chargers we offer a full 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

For Batteries we offer a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt as these are considered as consumables however they should last you at least four weeks or depending on the battery type much longer.

For Cartridge Refills, E-Liquid, Cartomizers, Atomizers and their accessories we only offer a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty as these are consumables. In the case of DOA/damaged products you must contact us within seven working days from the date of order.


How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item that has been unopened and unused you must contact us within seven days from the purchase date. We will then give you information on how to return the product/s. You will be responsible for returning the item/s at your own expense. We highly recommend using the Royal Mail Recorded service.

For items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or are damaged please contact us within seven days of purchase. For damaged items please also take the time to send an image. In these cases we will ask you to return the product/s and replace them for you.

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within seven days of the purchase date. Please let us know the product you have received and take the time to send an image. We will do our best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
