This service offers 12 weeks' support via telephone or videocalls, helping you set goals, getting Nicotine Replacement Therapies and staying motivated to quit.

There isn't much information on the website, but there is supposedly an eligibility check, called the Health Checker. When we tried to access it, all links to the Health Checker simply took you back to the landing page for the service you selected. Though they will probably fix this at some point, we recommend you save yourself the 'merry-go-round' and simply phone or email the service to find out more about it and whether you are eligible for support.
