You get free Nicotine Replacement Therapy and can also get help switching from tobacco to an e-cigarette, with a free kit, advice and information on e-cigs.

QuitReady in Leicestershire and Rutland offers a 12 week vaping programme. It includes a starter vape kit and e-liquids for the full 12 weeks. As part of the programme, you will receive instructions on how to vape and ongoing support to help you stay off cigarettes.
