This service offers support from an adviser who will help you create a quit plan and catch up with you regularly in the first weeks, to support your progress and monitor your carbon monoxide levels. You can get up to 12 weeks' Nicotine Replacement Therapy by voucher from advisers, or on monthly prescription. They also encourage vaping as an aid to stop smoking tobacco.

Vaping Support

Lewisham's service will support you if you want to quit with the help of e-cigarettes. You will need to provide your own vape kit and e-liquids.
