Available to 18+ year olds, living in and registered with a GP in Southwark.
This service provides regular appointments - face-to-face, by phone or via a virtual clinic - with a dedicated practitioner for up to 12 weeks. They will help you create a quit plan and then support and advise you through it, to help you give up tobacco for good. You will also get access to free Nicotine Replacement Therapy.
