KangerTech vaping devices are notable for their simplicity. Lacking the elaborate bells and whistles of many electronic cigarettes, they provide an excellent place to start for new vapers. Certainly, the Kanger TOPBOX, TOPTANK and SUBVOD tanks have proved to be popular choices. We know that many of you favour Kanger devices and so we have stocked up on replacement coils (atomiser heads) for you. If you need Kanger single coils, SSOCC coils, V2 Dual coils or SSOCC Clapton coils you are in the right place! Kanger coils are supplied in packs of five for your convenience.
Please ensure that you order coils which are compatible with your device. Our product listings explain which e cigs and tanks each type of coil is compatible with. You should also be aware that Kanger single coils and SSOCC coils are available with different resistances. Choose lower resistances for more intense flavour and cloud chasing, choose higher resistances to minimise e liquid consumption or to vape any juice with a high nicotine content. Alternatively, order then all to bring variety to your vaping.
Kanger SSOCC Coils
Compatible with any tank which utilises the Kanger OCC coils, SSOCC (Stainless Steel) coils are smaller and cylindrical in shape. They take up a little less room in your tank and feature organic Japanese cotton wicking for enhanced flavour. Stainless steel coils heat quickly, are compatible with both wattage and TC modes and do not produce the metallic flavour that you may experience with kanthal coils.
Founded in 2007, KangerTech is based in Shenzen, China. Kanger’s first product, the Protank was instrumental in the move away from cigalikes towards refillable products and featured efficient replaceable coils. The use of glass rather than plastic was an innovative move and facilitated the vaping of e liquids with flavours such as cinnamon which tended to crack plastic tanks. Kanger have continued to update and reinvent their product range by introducing new user-friendly electronic cigarettes and tanks.
In case you were wondering, the name Kanger is of Indian origin. It is a Kashmiri term for a pot filled with hot embers which is placed under clothing to keep it warm. So, nothing to do with vaping then! Not that it matters!
