How to Use the Lost Mary BM6000: Setup, Refills & Charging Guide

What is the Lost Mary BM6000?

If you haven't seen or used a Lost Mary BM6000 Pod Kit before you might be wondering exactly what it is and what sets it apart from other devices.

The BM6000 is a compact, colourful and user-friendly pod vape kit that features both a 2ml prefilled e-liquid pod and a 10ml e-liquid container (reservoir). As you vape, the refill automatically tops up the pod and so you have 12ml of juice to vape before you need to replace the pod and container. 12ml of e-liquid will deliver up to 6000 puffs, hence the moniker of this snazzy vape kit.

How to Set Up the BM6000 (First Time)

Each device is supplied with a 2ml prefilled, replaceable pod and a 10ml replaceable refill container. Setting up the pod system is incredibly easy. Here are the Lost Mary BM6000 instructions you need:

  1. Remove the BM6000 from its packaging. Hold the kit and peel off the instructions sticker that you will find is surrounding it.
  2. Remove the silicone tab. To protect the pod prior to use, it is fitted with a silicone tag. Remove this from the side of the kit and the mouthpiece.
  3. Insert the refill container. Holding both the device and the container upright to avoid spillage, insert the container into the BM6000 until you hear a click.
  4. Remove air bubbles. Once the container is securely fitted to the device, hold the BM6000 upside down to remove air bubbles.
  5. Inhale on the mouthpiece. To vape using the BM6000, simply inhale on the mouthpiece.

SETTING UP IS EASY!

  • Step 1

    Open the box and remove the plastic envelope containing the BM6000 kit.

  • Step 2

    Tear open the plastic envelope and remove the contents.

  • Step 3

    Remove the rubber tab from the mouthpiece and the refill container.

  • Step 4

    Push the refill container firmly into place and invert the kit to allow any air bubbles to escape.

  • Step 5

    Your BM600 is ready for use. Just inhale to activate.

How to Refill the BM6000

You may be asking yourself if you can refill a Lost Mary BM6000 with e-liquid.

As this device works in conjunction with prefilled vape pods and containers, it isn't possible to top up with e-liquid.

How to Charge the BM6000

The BM6000 has a 1000mAh battery that lasts for several hours when it has been fully charged. But eventually, you will need to recharge it. Courtesy of USB Type-C charging, you can fully recharge the battery in around one hour. An OLED screen illustrates your level of charge.

Here's how to charge the Lost Mary BM6000:

  1. Locate the USB-C port. You will find it to the side of the device.
  2. Connect any USB-C cable (sold separately) to the port.
  3. Plug into any USB power source. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a suitable power source.

Troubleshooting :Burnt Taste

While the device is user-friendly, you may experiece the issue of puffs with a burnt taste. A Lost Mary BM6000 burnt taste is caused by the coil's wicking drying out and then burning when you inhale on the device. When you take a puff on the mouthpiece, the coil heats up to vaporize the e-liquid that has soaked into the coil's wicking. If the wicking has not absorbed sufficient e-liquid, it may burn.

There are two primary reasons why wicking can become too dry:

  1. The pod and container are empty. At some point you will have exhausted the juice in your pod and refill and so there won't be any e-liquid for the wicking to soak up.
  2. You have chain vaped. If you take several puffs in quick succession, you won't be allowing enough time between puffs for the wicking to absorb e-liquid.

Unfortunately, once wicking material has burnt, it isn't possible to rectify the issue. You will need to install a new pod to your BM6000. However, minor burning could be addressed by waiting for a while before your next puff to allow the wicking to absorb plenty of juice. Flavour will not be fully restored but your puffs might give you an acceptible taste.
