About Shortfill E-Liquid

What are the benefits of shortfill e-liquids?

In the UK, the law dictates that the maximum volume of e-liquid that can be sold in a single bottle is 10ml, if the juice contains nicotine. Nicotine-free e-liquid can be sold in larger volumes, and this is the primary benefit of shortfills.

You can invest in bottles of flavour that feature up to 100ml of juice and there’s room to add your nicotine shot or shots before shaking and vaping. Shortfills are convenient options if you don’t want to deal with multiple 10ml bottles and they often represent excellent
value.

There are shortfill versions of many popular flavours and so you can revel in amazing variety.

Which nicotine shots can be added to shortfill e-liquids?

Any nicotine shots can be added to shortfill e-liquids. Shots are available with a variety of nicotine strengths. But it is important to note that the nicotine strength will be diluted when you add your shot to your shortfill. Adding an 18mg nicotine shot to a 50ml shortfill will give you completed juice with a nicotine strength of 3mg.

Our range features both freebase and salt nicotine shots. You will also discover cooling shots that lend a little chill to your flavours.

Are shortfill e-liquids right for you?

As it is only possible to achieve low nicotine strengths with shortfills, they may not suit your needs if you require stronger hits. In addition, most shortfills feature high VG bases that are compatible only with sub ohm set-ups. More and more high PG shortfills for mouth to lung vaping are coming to market but right now, your flavour choices are limited.

How do you mix shortfill e-liquid?

  1. Begin by removing the cap and nib of the bottle.
  2. Remove the caps of your nicotine shots.
  3. Squeeze the content of the nicotine shots into the e- liquid. (One 10ml shot to a 50ml shortfill or two 10ml shots to a 100ml short fill).
  4. Replace the nib of the e liquid bottle and check that the bottle is properly sealed.
  5. Replace the cap of the e-liquid bottle.
  6. Shake the bottle vigorously.
  7. Ideally, Leave the juice for 24 hours to allow the nicotine to blend properly.

Frequently Asked Questions about Shortfill E-Liquid

Can I vape a shortfill without nicotine?

Yes! Many vapers enjoy shortfills as nicotine-free juices. Just use the liquid as it is, no nic shot required.

    Do Shortfills need steeping?

Steeping is the process of allowing the flavour of an e liquid to develop. Shortfill e liquids will generally have been steeped before despatch. However, it is advisable to steep them for around 24 hours after adding your nicotine shots to allow the nicotine to fully blend with the juice.

How long does 50ml of vape juice last?

How long your e-liquid will last will depend on how intensively you vape and the nature of your vape kit. The more puffs you take per hour, the quicker your e liquid will be exhausted. The lower the resistance of your coils, the hotter they will get and the more e-liquid they will vaporise each time you fire your device. 50ml Shortfill eliquids could last you a few days or a few weeks.
