Check the packaging of your device and coils or pods to discover the resistance which will be stated in ohms (units of electrical resistance).
Which Nicotine Type?
E-Liquids may feature either freebase nicotine or salt nicotine (nic salts). Freebase nicotine provides stronger throat hits which you may prefer initially as your puffs will feel like draws on your cigarettes.
However, nic salts e-liquids provide smoother throat hits that enable you to vape higher nicotine strengths without irritation. In addition, salt nicotine provides more immediate relief of your cravings and many vapers believe it delivers longer-lasting relief. Which Nicotine Strength?

- 16mg - 20mg - Best for heavy smokers (20 or more per day)
- 10mg - 12mg - Best for moderate smokers (10-15 per day)
