We understand that you want to receive your orders as soon as possible and always work hard to ensure that they are packed and dispatched quickly.
If you place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that it is not currently possible to dispatch packages at the weekend or on public holidays including bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and over the Easter weekend. Orders placed at these times will be dispatched the next working day.
From time to time, our usual swift service may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather and unexpectedly high volumes of orders.
We know that no one likes paying for delivery so we offer the following options to keep the price you pay as low as possible.
Delivery of orders under £10 will be charged at £1.49 and these will be despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday in most areas (and in some areas deliveries are 7 days a week).

Estimated Arrival - 2-4 Working Days
Under normal circumstances the vast majority of items sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 arrive within 2-3 working days. During peak periods such as the run up to Christmas, the Easter Holidays, Black Friday etc delivery times can increase by anything up to a few days. If you need your order urgently, we strongly recommend using one of the Next Day services listed below.
Items sent using Tracked 48 are fully trackable. They are scanned 5 times as they pass through the Royal Mail system and you'll be able to follow the order using the tracking link provided.
Estimated Arrival - 1-2 Working Days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fully tracked next day service offered by Royal Mail. It is not a guaranteed next day service but current estimates suggest that around 95% of items sent using this service arrive the following day. As with all Royal Mail services delays can occur during busy periods so please factor this in. If you definitely need your order the next day then please select Royal mail Special Delivery as this is a guaranteed next day service and very rarely fails in our experience.
Items sent using Tracked 24 are fully trackable. They are scanned 5 times as they pass through the Royal Mail system and you'll be able to follow the order using the tracking link provided.
Estimated Arrival - Next Working Day (if ordered before 2pm)
The vast majority of orders sent via DPD will be delivered the next working day, but next day delivery is not guaranteed. DPD may take longer to achieve deliveries in remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands. Orders must be placed with vapekit.co.uk before 2pm Monday to Friday to be eligible for next working day delivery.
Orders despatched via DPD are fully trackable. We will send a tracking number and a tracking link to the email address you have provided. If you provide a mobile number, you'll also receive updates and your one hour delivery time-slot by text message.
Estimated Arrival - Next Day by 1pm (if ordered before 4pm Mon - Fri)
This service ensures delivery before 1pm on the following day (Monday to Saturday). Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays or at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Your orders can be fully tracked at each location point via Royal Mail’s website. We will send a tracking number and a tracking link to the email address you have provided. A signature may be required on receipt of your package.

The vast majority of orders arrive in a timely fashion, regardless of the carrier chosen. From time to time however, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control or that of the carrier. If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of placing your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to locate your order and expedite delivery.
