If you are a consumer living in the UK or the European Union, when you make a purchase online, you have a statutory right to a cooling off period of 14 days. During this time, you can choose to return your purchase for any reason, as long as it is in saleable condition and in its original packaging. At vapekit.co.uk, we are pleased to offer you an extended cooling off period of 30 days. In addition, we offer warranties on many of the products sold on this site.
Please note that electronic cigarettes, pod systems and e-cig kits are comprised of several elements which may be subject to different warranties.
Our warranties are only applicable to items which have been used, handled and stored appropriately.
E-cigarettes, pod systems, mods and batteries must have been charged using a charger supplied by us or included in the kit, as this will feature safety protections specific to the hardware. Items which have been used negligently or not in accordance with the instructions provided are not covered by our warranties, neither is wear and tear to any product.
Mods and vape kits, including pod systems, are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. You may be required to return the hardware for inspection. If the hardware has been damaged in any way or used inappropriately, the warranty will be null and void.
We offer a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase on external batteries. This warranty will be null and void if the batteries have been misused or mis-handled in any way. Please refer to our battery safety guide before making a claim.
All battery chargers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty will be null and void should any charger have developed a fault due to misuse. You may be required to return the charger for inspection.
These products are not covered by any warranty as they are consumables. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you feel that any items you have received are faulty or dead on arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, advising us of the problem and your intention to return the items. Should the products concerned then prove to be faulty, we will reimburse the cost of returning the goods to us.
Please notify us as soon as possible by email, should you discover a fault with any item covered by our warranties. Our customer service team will endeavour to resolve the issue. If this is not possible, you will be asked to return your item for inspection and testing. If we agree that the product in question is faulty, we will refund or replace it and we will refund you the cost of returning the product to us. Please note that we will only refund the cost of the cheapest method of return.
