We always hope that you are entirely satisfied with any goods that you purchase from However, we understand that sometimes you might wish to return your goods. This returns policy explains when and how you can do that.


No Nonsense Returns

If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you have a right to a cooling off period of 14 days during which you may choose to return any goods you have purchased online. You can do this for any reason including because you have changed your mind.


At Vapekit, we don't think this is good enough!


Vapekit offer a full 30 day cooling off period as standard on all products! All that we ask is that you notify us that you wish to return your goods within 30 days of receiving them. You will still be required to return your goods within 14 days of notifying us that you intend to do so.

Returns Terms and Conditions

We will refund you the cost of your purchase, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will not refund the additional cost of a premium delivery service which has been chosen by you.

Please note that you may not return goods such as vape kits and coils which have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons. If you have unsealed them, unless they are faulty. All hardware must be returned in its original packaging, including any outer sleeve. You cannot return any eliquids or coils which you have opened unless they are faulty.

Goods must be returned in saleable condition, unless they are faulty. This means that you must not have handled them more than you would have done when purchasing them in store. We may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the diminished value of any goods caused by your handling of them.

We also offer the following warranty:

  • For charging cables, USB chargers and mains chargers we offer a 1-year warranty (from the date of purchase).
  • Our goodwill guarantee and extended warranty do not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return Your Goods

Should you wish to return any goods to us, please email us at stating your order number, email address, telephone number and name.

You do not need to state a reason for returning your purchase if you have notified us within 30 days, However, it would help us if you could mention it when you believe the goods you have received to be faulty.

We recommend that you return your goods using a signed for service such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded. We are not able to issue a refund until we have received the goods or until you can prove that you have sent them. You will bear the cost of returning your goods to us unless they prove to be faulty, incorrect or mis-described.

Incorrect and Mis-Described Goods

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered or have been described incorrectly on the website, please advise us within 7 days of receipt. Let us know by emailing stating your order number, contact details and name.

We will refund you the cost of returning incorrect goods and will send you the correct items as soon as possible.

We will refund you the cost of returning mis-described goods in addition to refunding the cost of your purchase and the cost of standard delivery.

Faulty Goods

From time to time, goods may cease to function or may function incorrectly or not as you expected, due to a manufacturing fault. We understand that this can be very inconvenient and will endeavour to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

If you notify us that goods are faulty within 30 days of receiving them, we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund.

If the 30-day period has expired, you may still request a repair of the goods or a replacement. Please see our terms and conditions for detailed information regarding the repair and replacement of faulty goods.

If you believe your goods are faulty, please let us know by emailing stating your order number, contact details and name.

Please note that we are not able to offer replacements for perishable goods once the 30-day period has expired. Perishable goods include eliquids and vape coils.
