For a few years, vaping was a consumer driven phenomenon, and because it was new the industry policed itself as there were no applicable laws. The government instituted a light-touch approach and continued this as best as possible when instructed to adopt European legislation. Now we are leaving Europe, who is going to influence how we vape in future?
